RESPONSIBILITIES

◆ Innovation Implementation and Pipeline Management

Support the development of new products and services by executing different responsibilities in the development plan.

◆ Project Planning

Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organize all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with the organization’s project management framework.

◆ Project Management

Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.

◆ Databases Installation

Install and test databases and associated products to ensure they are suitable for use and meet customer requirements.

◆ DigitalStrategy/TransformationalProjects Execution

Build and populate dashboards and reporting mechanisms to capture results and improvement opportunities for digital initiatives.

◆ Quality

Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.

◆ Operational Compliance

Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.

◆ Work Scheduling and Allocation

Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.
