RESPONSIBILITIES

◆ Design and Conceptualization

Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.

◆ Analysis of “As Is” and “To Be”

Support and contribute to the documentation of “as is” and “to be” processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the “to be” capability to record accurately the change required.

◆ Quality

Plan and coordinate testing and inspection of products and processes. Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives, and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.

◆ Product/Service Development

Conduct testing of new products/services to assess against defined features, functionality, and/or impact.

◆ Faults Diagnosis and Correction

Provide fault isolation and resolution to limit and address issues promptly.

◆ Operational Compliance

Identify, within the team, instances of non-compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct, reporting these and escalating issues as appropriate.

◆ Work Scheduling and Allocation

Assign short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations while following established timelines.

Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
