• Define outputs and seek agreement
• Communicate Fluor Digital Delivery purpose
• Seek dispensations
• Confirm metadata frameworks
• Evaluate/change current software and systems (Client and Fluor)
• Determine software and system requirements and interfaces
• Resolve interface challenges
• Digital Delivery Strategy document (Project)
• Digital Delivery Plan (PES)
• Manage Interfaces (Client and Fluor) to roll out software and systems for project
