As aCybersecurityAdvisor,youwillactas anenabler,providingthoughtleadershipandguidingprojectteams ineachof the domains of the Secure DevelopmentLifecycle(SDL),suchas developers insecurecodingprinciplesandsecureimplementation.

You are a skilled Security Engineer who enjoys security work and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and developers to drive the successful adoption of the SDL process into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

You will work with Product Development teamscomprisedof Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Project Managers, and Product Owners to help lead the technical insight and industry perspective in the security-focused creation, delivery, and integration of complex and comprehensive solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Drive SDL practice in projects and products.

• Consult Product Owners/Architects on security requirements andutilizebest practices to ensure those requirements are met.

• Enable and support application threat modeling and attack surface reduction.

• Work with all development teams for security-focused design and secure coding.

• Enable and support planning and review of Data Privacy standards and compliance.

• Ensureappropriate securityand penetration test planning and execution.

• Enable and support the creation ofappropriate UserSecurity documentation.

• Prepare reports on Secure Development Lifecycle, Standard and Regulation compliance, and Product Security Risk.

• Respond to customer security-related questions and concerns and support customer-facing departments in product security interactions.

What will help you succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in at least two domains of the Secure Development Lifecycle.

• A relevant Cybersecurity Certification (e.g., CSSLP, CISSP, CEH, Data Privacy Practitioner).

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle.

• Coding knowledge is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Foster a collaborative and cooperative team environment, encouraging input and participation from all members as part of a global team.

• Strong understanding of core Cybersecurity Principles, Regulations, and Standards.

• Contribute to and lead discussions and communications within the team and outside, including customers and other businessunitsas necessary.

• Strong work ethic and a desire to overachieve using good judgment, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills.
