We are searching for the best talent for aSenior Data Office Analystto be in Bogotá, Colombia.

Purpose:

The Senior Data Office Analyst will be focal point and work closely with business partners across all levels in Colombia and Centre America. This critical role will be responsible for encouraging a data-driven culture within the cluster, translating business needs into robust data solutions, own the portfolio of data initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, impactful data products.

To excel in the position, it is important to have a hands-on mentality and a proven background in Data Analytics and Commercial operations. In addition, good communication, teamwork, as well as a passion for solving intricate problems with data, are important. You should be able to handle ambiguity, complexity, and uncertainty, as well as adapt to changing requirements and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Data Business Partner of Northern Cluster, understanding business needs and objectives, translating them into opportunities and outcome driven data products.
• Develop and maintain the data office roadmap for the cluster, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignments, coordinating with cross-functional teams the execution plan.
• Champion data literacy within the cluster, conducting training sessions to educate business partners on strategic data products and empowering them to incorporate data as part of daily decision making.
• Assist the development and deployment of data strategy and products to support business goals, proactively sharing insights and recommendations to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Keep the governance of sell-out data, being the liaison between the sell-out connection vendors, IT and the Indirect Channel to guarantee the data quality and the attendance the HCC requirements through a robust and agile sell-out process.
• Facilitate data product life-cycle management by ensuring the relevance, impact, and adoption of the portfolio through user research, feedback sessions, and engagement forums.
• Identify and address areas of improvement for data quality, ensuring accuracy, reliability and adoption of data products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Experience in similar roles as Data Analytics & Insights, Business Intelligence, and Data Product Analyst.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and leading by influence customers at all levels.
• Ability to translate data concepts and technologies to business leaders, as well as business concepts to technologists.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and design skills.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices.
• Strong capacity to drive and lead multiple competing initiatives and priorities with continuous improvement approach.
• Passion for learning, sharing and implementing new ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data visualization (Power Bi and Tableau).

Preferred:

• Experience with data transformation and automation tools (eg. Power Platform, Knime, Alteryx) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Data Analytics & AI trends to apply on business processes.
• Previous experience with Data Literacy and UX/Design is a plus.
• Written & Spoken Language: Spanish and English
