Job Purpose

• The OT Cyber Security Solution Architect plays a crucial role in advising customers the essential infrastructure within the built environment, ensuring the integrity and safety of key systems such as transport networks, water and sewage services, energy grids, and communication systems. In this vital position, the individual is expected to provide specialized cyber security and system integrity advice to enhance the Cyber Security protection and resilience of digital systems, infrastructure, and information.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Perform high level technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and gap analysis of plant cyber security requirements. Knowledge of proven usage of large enterprise cyber security infrastructure in a plant/organization is advantages.
• Engage with clients to pinpoint and evaluate their cyber vulnerabilities, craft tailored security designs, provide estimates for cyber security projects, and support in crafting proposals.
• Perform detailed risk evaluations to spot potential cyber threats and weak points within the built environment.
• Formulate and enact robust cyber security measures and policies that adhere to the highest industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Assess security architecture for projects within the built environment, suggest suitable safeguards, and conduct security examinations, including penetration tests and vulnerability checks.
• Design cyber security infrastructures, assess plans for business continuity and disaster recovery, and bolster the capability to tackle and rebound from cyber security breaches.- Ability and willingness to travel per business needs. Physically fit to visit critical infrastructure and remote plant sites
• Drive new cyber security business initiatives (i.e. IT/OT SoC) including new services or solution
• Proactively engage with customers to define the overall Cyber Security improvement towards Operational Excellence.
• Assist existing customers in problem resolution and help define future opportunities with those customers. Provide Sure Service support to clients under contract.
• Proven ability to positively interact with all sales personnel and secure orders.

Qualification and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Cyber security domain
• Skills Required: Familiarity with important regulations and standards, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout the YMA region.

Competencies

• Capable of implementing secure networks, systems, and infrastructure.
• Proficient in security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security, and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.

Skills

• Understanding and preferably implemented Cyber Security related Software in operational environment. Able to analysis, diagnosis and provide design architecture to hardened theinfrastructure.
• Strong exposure in manufacturing, SCADA, automated decision control, workflow, database applications and scheduling.
• Cyber Security certifications like IEC62443, CISM and CCSP is preferred.
• Basic knowledge on Cloud Security is advantages.
• Anticipates the needs for change, supports and promotes companywide programs, strategies and initiatives.
• Develop and identifies Industry / application-wide Cyber Security Digital technologies suitable for business use including AI usage.
• Creates an environment conductive to successful interaction and customer satisfaction.
• Early engagement with Customers and explore long term partnership agreements.
