Job Description

• Manage and maintain M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD)
• Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related user issues and service incidents
• Implement and manage security policies across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (e.g., Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, Defender for Cloud)
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Manage user identities, roles, and permissions in Azure AD/Microsoft Entra
• Ensure secure and consistent access to cloud and Microsoft 365 resources
• Monitor systems using tools such as Azure Monitor, Sentinel, or Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Respond to and resolve infrastructure and service incidents within SLAs
• Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure (e.g., virtual machines, networking, storage, backups)
• Monitor cloud performance, costs, and usage, and recommend optimizations.
• Demonstrate comprehensive technical expertise in Infrastructure Services, including Infrastructure Management and Cloud Computing
• Maintain understanding of systems operations environment and governance processes to ensure smooth and continuous infrastructure operations
• Work closely with cybersecurity, support desk, developers, and other IT teams to deliver integrated cloud and productivity solutions
• Support onboarding and training of end-users and junior engineers when required.
• Lead or support cloud and M365-related projects, including migrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts
• Ensure project deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Deep and thorough knowledge in Microsoft 365 services is a must
• Deep and thorough knowledge of Azure platforms is a must
• Deep and thorough knowledge in virtualization platforms – Hyper-V and VMware
• Strong knowledge in Cloud and IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge in Active Directory, Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), DNS, TCP/IP Networking
• Experience in ServiceNow management
• Experienced in Project Management deploying mid-size to enterprise cloud infrastructure projects
