We have an opportunity for System Engineer II to join us at Honeywell, in Brno, where you will work on R&D projects focused on sustainable aircraft systems, sub-systems, component definition, development and testing.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

• Definition of principles, concepts, and architectures ofcomplex systems, their sub-systems, and components (complex means integrated electronics, mechanics, software, control, etc.)
• Definition and optimization of technology requirements
• Safety and reliability awareness
• Definition of test cases and procedures, testevaluation and reporting
• Close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts on different technology levels.
• Close collaboration with Project Manager

Key skills and qualifications

• M.Sc.in relevant engineering domain (Automotive, Mechatronics, Electronics, etc).
• 3+ years of experience in relevant area
• Experience with modelling and simulation tools
• Good command of the English language
• Experience with MIL, HIL and SIL testing would be considered an advantage
