Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-drivenSystems Analystto support our Digital Transformation initiatives. This position plays a key role in bridging business needs with technology by supporting, maintaining, and enhancing core enterprise applications, includingSAP, Salesforce, Tableau, RPAtools, and others.
The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, programming, technical understanding, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver efficient, scalable solutions. The role also serves as the first line of support for business application users and contributes to ongoing systems improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary support resource for business users across core systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, and RPA tools.
• Analyze business processes and requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to design, test, implement, and document system enhancements or new features.
• Monitor system performance and work proactively to resolve issues and optimize usage.
• Assist in application integration efforts and support data migration, reporting, and automation tasks.
• Contribute to end-user training and create user guides or documentation as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience working with enterprise systems, preferably SAP, Salesforce, Tableau, or RPA tools
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Ability to clearly document business processes and technical requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
