JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Software Application Engineers are detail-oriented, technically skilled professionals and creative problem-solvers whobring buildings to life through intelligent automation.Could you be our nextBMSSoftware Application Engineer?

Mission:

• Design and deliver high-qualitygraphical solutions for Building Management Systems (BMS), supportingglobalprojectsand ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.

A typical day for you might include:

• Making buildingsystem graphics based on technical drawings.
• Using tools likeVisioorAutoCADto design floorplans and equipment layouts.
• Talking withinternational clientsto understand their needs.
• Connecting graphics to building management software and testing them.
• Working withHVACsystems like air handlers, chillers, and boilers.

Qualifications

This may be the next step in your career journey if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, software developmentor similar.
• 3+ years of experiencein BMS graphics.
• Knowledge of BMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.).
• HVAC knowledge.
• Understanding ofelectrical systems.
• Good communicationskills andthe abilityto work independently.
• AdvancedEnglish(spoken and written).
• Mexico City based.
