In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Participate in the company’s L1 and L2 level product technical training, master the basic principles of the product and pass the assessment.
• Study the product operation manual, be able to operate the product proficiently, master the setting of key product parameters, and pass the assessment.
• Learn the design principles of the product, understand the mechanical structure principles, electrical schematics, electronic circuit schematics, Tooling design of the product, and pass the assessment of the design department.
• Master the manufacturing process of the product, participate in the workshop assembly process training, understand the key quality characteristics, be able to disassemble and debug the product proficiently and accurately, and pass the assessment of the process department.
• Learn the application debugging of the product, be familiar with the equipment parameters and Tooling elements that affect the customer’s welding effect, learn the debugging experience and Tooling modification experience for different welding problems, and pass the assessment of the application department.
• Participate in the diagnosis of complex technical problems within the company and independently output analysis reports of the problems.
• Participate in the diagnosis of complex technical problems on the customer’s site by the after-sales expert group and provide suggestions.
• Organize and compile typical after-sales case materials and manage the after-sales case database.
• Prepare after-sales service training materials and provide training for on-site after-sales engineers and customers.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor degree or above in electromechanical or automation
• Excellent academic performance in professional courses at school, with priority given to those who have won awards in professional competitions
• CET-4 or above
