Responsibilities:

• Overall Project planning, schedule and executing the projects with time, budget and customer’s expectation
• Main focal point for the Technical / Commercial matters with EPC / End-users
• Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smooth progress of work to meet targets
• Stake Holder Management including participating in Project Review Board and Sponsors Meeting regularly
• Coordinate internal resources and 3rd party vendors for the flawless execution of allprojects
• Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and withinbudget
• Ensure that work are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contract specifications and regulatory requirements
• Ensure resource availability andallocation
• Develop detailed project plan to monitor and trackprogress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule and cost using appropriate verificationtechniques
• Perform risk management to minimize projectrisks
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools andtechniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive projectdocumentation
• Control & monitor the procurement activities and timely delivery to Factory Production/ Integration
• Control & Monitor Factory Production/ Integration in line with the overall projectschedule
• Negotiate with vendors to get the bestprice
• Manage multiple nation of customers, vendors and internal teammembers
• Responsible for the project close out including site supportactivities.
• Willing to travel to regional office for projectexecution

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical orInstrumentation)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Project Management experience in Control & automation & Analyser House delivery.
• Exposure on handling Mega project (More than 5MUS$) with international EPCs /End-users
• Hands-on professional with strong relevant technical competence, good leadership qualities, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Stake Holder Managementskills
• PMI Certification will be an addedadvantage,
• Able to multi-task to meet the project deliveryrequirements.
• Able to travel to overseas on a short notice as per projectrequirements.
