We are looking for a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join a leading engineering team delivering large-scale oil and gas projects. This role involves full project lifecycle responsibilities, from early concept design to commissioning, ensuring compliance with international standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical design and engineering services in instrumentation engineering across assigned projects.
• Conduct engineering activities and site surveys from concept stage through studies, FEED, detailed design, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, codes, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Review and manage technical deviations and variations against approved standards and guidelines.
• Plan and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering services on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and review design workscopes to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Review and approve method statements prepared by contractors; resolve technical issues as required.
• Support scheduling of in-house engineering activities and contribute to external FEED/EPIC project schedules.
• Participate in evaluation of technical bid packages for compliance.
• Assess and advise on contract changes and variations.
• Support the development of technical competencies within the team; mentor and provide structured training to junior engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 6 years in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation engineering standards, codes, and practices.
• Proven track record of delivering engineering projects on time, within cost and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
