Overview:

We’re seeking a technically strong and detail-oriented Senior Electrical Engineer to support engineering activities on a major FPSO / Onshore LNG project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical design, specification, procurement coordination, and vendor engagement throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full technical responsibility for electrical equipment and materials, including requisitions, calculations, and engineering deliverables from specification through to site delivery.
• Prepare high-quality technical specifications and requisitions in a timely manner and coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and consistency of all work produced.
• Liaise effectively with vendors and manage the technical follow-up of all related orders.
• Align with project priorities and constraints, ensuring robust technical output within schedule and budget targets.
• Provide timely reporting to the Lead Discipline Engineer on all engineering and requisitioning activities.
• Lead interface coordination with other discipline engineers and key project support functions such as planning and procurement.
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or approved equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in electrical engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior engineer position.
• Ideally registered as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent, though not mandatory.
• Experience in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries, across both onshore and offshore projects is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
