Responsibilities:

• Design and developadvanced control systems for automation and industrial applications.
• Integrate and programPLCs, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems for seamless operations.
• Optimize performanceusing cutting-edge control algorithms such as PID and Model Predictive Control.
• Lead projects, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and improvesystem efficiency, minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate and communicatewith clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Mentor and developjunior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least7-10 yearsof hands-on experience in control systems engineering.
• Minimum3-5 yearsof project management experience.
• Strong expertise inPLC programming(Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Mitsubishi).
• Knowledge ofindustrial communication protocolssuch as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
