Are you an experienced Controls Engineer ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact automation projects? Our client is seeking aSenior Controls Engineerto join a fast-growing product development team focused on designing and delivering cutting-edge car vehicle care systems. From PLC and HMI programming to UL508A panel compliance and electrical schematics, you’ll help create the next generation of automated equipment—right from concept through production.
In this role, you’ll design PLC-based control systems, develop HMI interfaces, and collaborate closely with electrical, production, and maintenance teams. You’ll troubleshoot real-world challenges, suggest design improvements, and bring customer feedback to life. If you’re experienced with SolidWorks Electrical, digital/analog circuit design, and industrial control components, this is your chance to lead and innovate in a hands-on engineering environment.
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering
• 10+ years in controls or electrical design
• SolidWorks Electrical and UL508A panel experience
• Expertise in PLCs, HMIs, and industrial troubleshooting tools
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Beckhoff IPCs, SCADA systems, or automotive care equipment
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols
