Senior BESS Project Engineer

Our client is an international Independent Power Producer with massive PV+BESS and Onshore Wind portfolio located across the Europe. Due to constant growth of significance of BESS projects, company is extending their BESS team with an additional BESS Project Engineer – to lead all design and engineering issues throughout development and construction phases of their energy storage projects, hybrid ones and stand-alones.

In this role, you’d be engaged in design, grid integration and engineering of the biggest BESS projects in Europe, working with international teams and external stakeholders.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Leading, supervising and coordinating all desing and engineering works on subordinate international portfolio
• Development of technical specifications and standards for current and further BESS projects
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders involved in BESS projects
• Cooperation with Wind and Solar development departments
• Provide support in due diligence activities and project’ optimization
• providing engineering expertise and technical leadership on each stage of projects lifecycle

Ideal candidate should have:

• at least 5 years of experience in electrical design and engineering – from energy sector
• proven track record in BESS projects design and engineering – either from Polish or foreign markets
• engineering degree, at best in field of electrotechnics or similar
• fully communicative english language
