Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales strategies for assigned accounts.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through marketing activities and other channels, including inbound leads/outbound prospecting.
• Identify and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to create and propose solutions that address customer needs
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands
• Prepare and presenting regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Represent Yokogawa at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree inElectrical/ElectronicEngineering or equivalent
• Industry Experience: Decarbonization, Power/Energy /Optical Communications Test & Measurement
• Knowledge of instruments like optical spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meter and power analyzers
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage accounts, and close deals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• At least 5 years of proven sales experience
