The role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our Iraq Business Unit.

This project is to focus more resources towards improving maintenance and reliability on the Oil, Gas & Water Systems, required to efficiently support maintenance, turn arounds and engineering organizations with the appropriate qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities:
Set Reliability requirements for components, subsystems, and assemblies
Establish reliability & work planning metrics/KPI’s to monitor performance & improvement PM/CM ratio, MTBF, MTTR, etc
Support the IPT’s by providing technical support on equipment and reliability issues
Conduct in-depth Life Data Analyses
Coordinate investigations of equipment related incident/accidents that may occur in the plant
Manage Plant E&I compliance programs (PM, predictive analysis)
Provide Guidance for acceptance testing and inspections on new and existing equipment – motors, cables, transformers, MCC’s, (pass/fail criteria)
Provide NEC design guidance related to industrial plants, hazardous locations, equipment ratings, protection, intrinsic safety
Liaise with DRACAS Team and Engineering Team to ensure fielded data is fed back and corrective action is implemented
Collaborate with the Process Development Group on new product introductions on the design & sourcing of custom equipment
Qualifications

Expected:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering and 5 to 7 years of industry experience in a reliability engineering role .
Monitors the status of their reliability maintenance program
Facilitate the identification and communication of the root causes of losses in the operation of production, facility and utility processes
Third level Engineering qualiification
Previous experience in a similar role in a Pharmaceutical environment
Analysis of reliability data to identify adverse performance trends and improvement opportunities
