THIS POSITION REPORTS TO

R&D Team Lead

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software,
product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first
point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also
showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.
The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid
This role is contributing to the Industrial Automation Business in Bangalore Region.
You will be mainly accountable for:

• Understating the features, developing test cases and test execution for products in PAEN Excitation

• Work with Product and Project Managers to understand scope, features and estimates Testing and Automation
effort for new projects.

• Plan and execute Testing activities with local and remote teams along with the Test Lead

• Collaborate with development teams; provide inputs in product meetings to create high quality products within the
defined schedule and budget.

• Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools,
and methodologies into your work.

• Finding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate
them.

• Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.

• Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy
development.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You are highly skilled with 3-5 years of Experience in Integration test planning, execution and test automation.
• Ability to understand new features / use cases and developing test cases.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of API & non-functional testing-Service API testing.
• Experience in programming Skill : C#, PowerShell scripts , Python application & Front end testing.
• You are passionate about good analytical and problem solving skills
• Degree in BE / B. Tech in Computer Science/ Electrical or/Electronics and communication / Electronics and Instrumentation.
• You are at ease in communicating in English.
• You Should hold current Visa valid in India .
