We are looking for aProject Manager Retrofit & Upgrades (m/f/d)inCracow.

Your Tasks

• Lead retrofit and upgrade projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate project planning, documentation, and execution across all involved disciplines
• Maintain customer relationships and manage meetings and correspondence
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on site
• Support contract, claim, and change management in collaboration with PMC
• Oversee procurement, shipping, and site management activities
• Initiation of design freeze, reviews and approvals in Engineering & Design
• Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and ensure smooth handover to Service organization

Your Profile

• Proven leadership skills with a goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• Certified in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) with experience in construction or engineering
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and project tools (ERP, MS Office, MS Project)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Hands-on, flexible, and confident in conflict management
