As a growing, international company with an ambitious strategy and a vibrant workplace culture, ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel is looking for a Project Manager Automation & Digitalization to join our Headquarters in Esbjerg, Denmark.
The Project Manager AD is responsible to execute Automation & Controls Engineering Deliverables for Feed, Extrusion, and Biofuels projects according to ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel standards. Project Manager must ensure that the design specifications are met, project is completed on time within budget and scope and quality standards are followed. You are obliged to document Project execution process and co-operate with all departments according to the overall ANDRITZ Feed & Biofuel strategy. A strong focus on meeting customer expectations and maintaining close collaboration with the customer throughout the entire project lifecycle is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project execution from sales hand over to project delivery – For Automation & Controls Engineering Scope
• Centre for communication internal and external in the project phases.
• Ensure quality in all carried out work
• Frequently follow up internally to insure progress and alignment.
• Updating financial forecasting in ERP system for the projects
• Reporting of status to Primary Project Manager & Management team
• Manage & execute assigned projects in accordance with the requirements of the contract
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure projects are completed as specified by meeting time scales, quality and financial targets
Who are we looking for?
Technical Skills (knowledge)
• Project management principles
• Project establishment (project creation and maintaining in SAP), Project Scope, Time, Cost, Communications and Risk Management
• Knowledge of solution within Plant engineering both in Mechanical and electrical areas
• Experience in MS office – SAP • Microsoft Project
• Project establishment – project creation and maintaining in SAP
• Able to understand basic business finance, e.g., gross margin percentages and calculations, depreciation, capital and revenue expenditure, cash-flow, overheads, etc.
• Full Professional Proficiency Level (written & verbal) in English

• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Self-driven and Good Team working skills
• Customer oriented
• 4 to 6 years of experience in Project Management, Automation & Controls Engineering Projects
• Able to travel approximately 1 to 2 weeks per year
SCHOOL EDUCATION
• Minimum : Technical designer or Similar
• Desirable : B.Sc. in Mechanical / Electrical / Structural / Process Engineering or similar
