In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Define the project in collaboration with management
• Create a detailed work plan using project management tools and standard processes to successfully meet the project goals
• Develop supervising metrics and implement visual controls
• Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies
• Set up all vital project cadence meetings and disperse discussion notes
• Lead and apply resources across projects
• Handle collaborator communication
• Complete the project according to the project plan
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Establish a communication schedule and high-level updates to keep key stakeholders and leadership up-to-date on the progress of the project, with a specific focus on critical path and potential roadblocks

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, STEM, or Business
• 2-5 years experience in Project Management, Order Engineering, or Engineering
• Attention to detail and superior analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Legal Authorization to work in the US – sponsorship will not be provided for this role
