This Position reports to:

Hoisting Service Manager

Your Role: Own the Challenge

• Lead network and cybersecurity initiatives for ABB Hoisting services across North America.
• Install, update, and configure Human Machine Interfaces and advanced hoist monitoring solutions.
• Work with cybersecurity officers to ensure approval and adherence to industry security standards.
• Ensure seamless delivery of remote services, setup connections, and maintain continuous functionality for customers.
• Analyze requirements, implement best practices, and support sales teams with technical demonstrations.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Technical/engineering degree with 5+ years in cybersecurity management.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills; fluent in English and French (Spanish is an asset).French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
• Industrial automation, OT network solutions, cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443), firewalls, and network segmentation.
• Certifications & Compliance: GICSP, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP; experience in risk assessments, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and network design remediation.
• Valid passport and driver’s license; ability to work in Canada, U.S., and Mexico.
