We are seeking a diligent and analytical leader to join our diverse team as the Manager of Data & Digital Operations. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights that drive business performance and support strategic decision-making in the MedTech Commercial sector. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and deliver impactful analytical tools that bring significant value to Johnson & Johnson customers.

The Manager, Data & Digital Operations plays a pivotal role in leading operations and diverse project initiatives within the Strategy and Business Services group under Intelligence Automation and Data team. This position is responsible for collaborating closely with the leadership team to strategically influence the structural and interpersonal strategies, optimize systems and processes, enhance innovations using JAIDA-Generative AI and operationalize support model for deployment and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

• Lead and develop a team focused on data intelligence, automation, and digital workforce operations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance data analytics capabilities, intelligence automation, and digital worker effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and ensure that data initiatives support overall organizational objectives.

Data Management & Analytics:

• Be responsible for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to drive business decisions and performance improvements using the new Global Services Insights Engine, a modernized data lake platform.
• Apply sophisticated analytics tools and methodologies to generate actionable insights to drive Efficiency, Effectiveness and Customer Experience.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance practices are upheld across all operations and implementations.
• Be responsible for the GSIE squad to supervise data integration, modeling and engineering requirement.

Intelligent Automation & Technology Deployments:

• See opportunities for automation within workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Be responsible for the design and implementation of Intelligent Automation solutions, including robotics process automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence driven tools across different platforms.
• Know the latest with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and automation technologies to apply standard methodologies.

Project Management:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to data strategy and intelligence automation.
• Set project achievements, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure deployments and issue managements are addressed and continuously improved
• Support Operational design.

Team Development & Collaboration:

• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive data literacy and ensure seamless integration of automation solutions across the organization.
• Collaborates with CBT and other JJT partners to drive IA solutions. (GENAI-JAIDA).
• Performance Monitoring & Maintenance:
• Establish critical metrics to supervise the effectiveness of the operations and implementations.
• Prepare and present reports on progress, insights gained, and the overall impact of the operations on customer experience and business outcomes.
• Ensure platform and system performance are driven and run. Act as the Business Product Admin for Alteryx Server, GSIE ensuring enhancement and data integrations are prioritized, delivered and supported.
• Lead and expand the Citizen Developers Program by providing strategic framework, support model and success measurement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, and intelligence automation, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and automation technologies (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Proficient on Machine Learning, Data Science, AI/GENAI, LLMs and Cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS, etc)
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent project management skills; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Understand SCRUM and Agile Methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely across teams.
• Proven ability to think strategically and drive innovation in data and automation practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate sophisticated intelligence automation environments.
• Experience with data visualization tools and sophisticated analytics platforms.
