Tasks and responsibilities:
The Engineer shall be technically responsible to perform service jobs and site activities to the clients are in full compliance with the agreedspecification/requirement.
The Service Engineer shall be able to work with team members and support the Service Manager, Assistant Service Manager, Senior Service Engineer or Service Engineer.
Task could be;
• Function of Service project manager, as and when assigned by Service Manager.
• Team leader in the planning and technical execution of service jobs.
• Ensure execution of service jobs comply with the Functional Safety Standard IEC-61508 and 61511 and GM-604
• Assist service manager estimation of required effort, resources and materials of service jobs scope of work.
• Assist service manager in generate service sales (spare parts and service) quotation.
• Assist service manager in standardization and improvement of work methods, procedures and tools.
• Perform service activities and various service jobs that assigned by the senior/lead engineer/service managers.
• To attend all safety trainings and safety briefings by customers in order to be allowed to work at customers’ premises safely.
• Ensure to follow all the HSE’s requirements set by the company and customers’ organization.
• To prepare and conduct site work activities in accordance to YISS site work booklet.
• To be mobilized to customer’ site with short advance notice or without prior advance notice when situation arises.
• Responsible for the safety (work wise) of his staff and others.
• Login service case into MS Dynamics CRM.
• Submission of timesheet and External work report (EWR).
• To reviewprocedures/reports/as-built/JHA/workpackfor service jobs.
