Lead Hardware Engr

In this role, you will impact by leading and driving the hardware design process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and reliable hardware systems. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and define hardware requirements will enable seamless integration with other components and systems, enhancing the overall performance and functionality of our products.

• Lead and drive the hardware design process, from concept to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
• Design and develop complex hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Perform hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Experience with hardware testing and validation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

WE VALUE
