SUMMARY

Under the direction of the Proposal Manager, performs various sales support tasks.

PRIMARY TASKS:

Specific duties include, but may not be limited to:

• Enter and maintain relevant selling cost data and generate a database for queries.

• Generate a web interface and connect various Word & excel documents

• Collect Word document data and generate the web interface with the database.

• Generate data collection point fields and automate

• Generate Word documents from the web interface inputs.

• Generate price breakdown reports via web interface

• Other duties as assigned

SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications:
Must be a full time undergraduate(computers/communicationsmajor) student, enrolled in a 4-year college or university.

Education:
Position requires students who are pursuing a degree incomputers/communications

Prior Experience:
None required.
