YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently; identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories. Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines. Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions. Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews. Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods. Frequent domestic travelling will be required, as the role will require hands-on support at customer sites. Very punctual international travelling might also be required for training purposes or special customers. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of service experience.
• Knowledge of AC/DC drives technology, industrial communications (Profibus, Ethernet, Modbus, industrial routers, cloud-based services, etc.) and remote monitoring and remote support systems.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Turkish knowledge is a must.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility and quick adaption to frequent scheduling updates. Only on specific and pre-fixed schedule, availability to work during weekends and public holidays to provide 24/7 support. Up to 70% travel required.
• Current car driving license (type B).
