We are seeking a visionary and dynamicExternal Eco Systems Leaderto join our innovation incubator with amission to create the future technology of Cardiovascular medicine.

In this role, you will design, build, manage and lead a vibrant global network, centered around a physical Hub at HTI, that connects and empowers stakeholders across the cardiologic ecosystem topromote global scientific and technological advancementsrelevant to Johnson & Johnson MedTech businesses. You will be instrumental in fostering collaboration, exchange and relationships of the network while maximizing the reach and impact of our incubator’s groundbreaking initiatives through targeted networking opportunities.

The role requires international travel up to once a month.

‏Key Responsibilities:

• ‏Develop and implement a global ecosystem strategy aligned with the incubator’s vision and JNJ’s MedTech corporate goals.
• ‏Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with industry leaders, startups, research institutions, and innovation networks worldwide.
• ‏Collaborate closely with Engineering & Technology teams at HTI and HTC to identify ecosystem needs for development and scaling.
• ‏Work with the Research & Science division to connect scientific insights to real-world applications.
• ‏Maintain strong alignment and communication with JNJs corporate leadership and business units throughout the Liaison.
• ‏Organize and represent the incubator at global conferences, consortiums, and industry events.
• ‏Monitor trends, map stakeholders, and continuously assess opportunities to expand the ecosystem’s value.
• ‏Design and oversee programs and initiatives that encourage open innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
• Manage the physician HTI Ecosystem Hub

‏Qualifications:

• ‏Proven experience in ecosystem development, strategic partnerships, open innovation, or related fields.
• ‏‏Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills in both Hebrew and English.
• ‏Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary, global environment.
• ‏Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Proven experience is Operations with advantage to network related entities
• ‏Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, life sciences) is a plus.
