Responsibilities:

You will take role asEmbedded Engineer II, using your knowledge of embedded firmware engineering discipline, processes and tools to help Honeywell security business deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will work under limited supervision and alongside some of the world’s most talented engineers. You will contribute to the development of Honeywell’s next generation of security smart device products by designing, testing and/or validating products/processes from concept to market. You will be part of a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs where you could grow from junior to advance. You will interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.

Responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the design and implementation video surveillance products in security field.
• Responsible for writing design document and specification.
• Responsible for sustaining products maintain assignment.
• Perform sub-system analysis, programming, and unit testing.

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years working experiences on application software development.
• Good experience on security NVR or VMS client development.
• Good experience of the cross platform UI development in Linux/Window/Mac.
• Strong programming and debugging skills – QT, C++
• Have experience of ONVIF developing is a plus.
• Have experience of video product and familiar with video/audio codec (such as H.265, H.264, G.711, G.726) and ffmpeg is a plus.
• Have experience on video streaming is a plus.
• Good knowledge of protocol analysis and implementation.
• Self-motivated and ability to undertake big project.
• Good language skill on English reading, speaking and writing.
