The Data Analyst role will be part of the Workforce Productivity team, supporting the reporting needs of various teams worldwide. This role will work with partners and colleagues to deliver queries, tools, metrics, and dashboards.
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analysis, with a particular emphasis on SQL. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing complex datasets, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Gathering requirements from users and partners.
• Design, build, and deploy BI solutions. Including reports, pipelines, dashboards, and sophisticated visualizations of information.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and validation processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to collaborators in a clear and concise manner.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• At least three (3) years of Power BI and query development experience is required.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of DAX, M Query, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries to extract and analyze large volumes of data.
• Experience with Dimensional Models, and Star Schemas for Reporting.
• Experience developing synapse notebooks.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Superb communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• BA/BS university degree desired.
• Experience with data visualization on Python for Power BI. – Desired
• Experience with Paginated Reports, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines. – Desired
• Experience with ETL like SSIS or Azure Data Factory. – Desired
• Experience querying Oracle EBS data. – Desired
• Experience with Agile Development Processes. – Desired
