Job Purpose
• The position of Business Development Engineer is one of the key roles for Digital Enterprise Business promotion in YUAE-DEB).
• The role includes to create solution business opportunities and manage to receive order from customers. The mission covers the full sales life cycle starting from generating leads together with front sales, customer meetings and presentations, negotiation, and closure of the order.
Job Responsibilities
• To develop Digital Solutions Business with all major O&G, P&W, etc. customers and EPCs in UAE.
• To work diligently with the DEB team, to achieve the division objectives and overall target.
• To be as a motivated team member with only positive attitude and have open communication among the Sales team to achieve the Sales objectives.
• To Manage CRM updates including reports after completing appropriate level of competency with solutions.
• Supports the Dept manager/Division Head in making the day-to-day sales decisions of the Solution business in YUAE.
• To fully support and attend TQ meetings / presentations with customers along with DEB and Account management team.
• To support on POC and drive the techno commercial presentations / discussion. (After certain level of understanding on solutions)
• To attend the sales weekly / monthly meeting to share the market info on the accounts / issues / concern among the Sales team.
• To support on the registration of our Company for DX solution to ensure growth consistently.
• To ensure both internal and external communications are properly titled and addressed to the concerned stakeholders.
JobRequirement/Qualification/Experience
• UAE National
• University Engineering degree – Chemical / Process Control / Computer Science / IT skill set
• Preferably 2-3 Years of Experience
Job Skills & Competencies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Work experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter and willing to work in Multicultural team.
• Attitude to learn new technologies.
• Developing and maintaining good relationships with clients like ADNOC and UAE based EPC and End users. Especially with local UAE Nationals.
