Als Design Engineer Light & Room Control ben je verantwoordelijk voor technische ondersteuning in zowel de pre-sales als after-sales fase, met focus op twee kerngebieden:
noodverlichtingenKNX-gebaseerde gebouwautomatisering. Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor interne teams, partners en klanten, en draagt bij aan de succesvolle implementatie van slimme gebouwoplossingen.

Scope van de functie

• Technische ondersteuning: Beantwoorden van technische vragen van installateurs, partners en interne stakeholders.
• Training en kennisdeling: Organiseren en geven van opleidingen aan installateurs en partners.
• Projectvoorbereiding: Technische validatie van projecten, ondersteuning bij inbedrijfstelling, zowel op locatie als op afstand.
• Productlanceringen: Ontwikkelen van trainingsmateriaal, ondersteunen van integratoren, voorbereiden van technische documentatie.
• Kwaliteitsopvolging: Behandelen van technische cases, analyseren van terugkerende problemen en escalatie naar L3-support.
• Systeemintegratie: Samenwerken met BMS-teams voor integratie in bredere gebouwbeheersystemen.

Key deliverables

• Opstellen van technische ontwerpen en standaarddocumentatie voor pre-sales ondersteuning.
• Ondersteuning van sales en partners met demonstraties, workshops en technische validaties.
• Begeleiding van EcoXpert-partners tijdens engineering- en programmeerfasen.
• Naleving van veiligheids- en cybersecurityprocedures (VCA VOL, BA4/5, Enablon).

• Diepgaande kennis van KNX, DALI, Modbus, Bacnet
• Ervaring met tools zoals ETS, PC Suite, Exiway
• Certificeringen: ETS Certified, BA4/BA5
• Nederlands, Frans en Engels
• Autonoom, leergierig, stressbestendig
• Klantgericht, gestructureerd en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen

SAMENWERKING EN OMGEVING

Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams (Customer Care, marketing, sales, voorschrijvers, BMS) en externe stakeholders (installateurs, integratoren, vaste partners). Je onderhoudt ook contacten met internationale supportteams in Duitsland (KNX) en Italië (noodverlichting).
