AlsField Service Engineer(gn) sorgst Du dafür, dass unsere High-Tech-Systeme bei Kund:innen reibungslos laufen – mit technischem Know-how, Engagement und viel Gestaltungsfreiraum.

Deine Mission – als Experte (gn) mit Weitblick:

Technikversteher:
Du installierst, wartest und reparierst unsere High-End Imaging-Systeme beiForschungsinstituten,Biotech-Firmen und Universitäten. Präzise, zuverlässig, hands-on.

Fehlersucher– Du analysierst komplexe Systemfehler (Software, Optik, Elektrik, Mechanik) und findest pragmatische Lösungen – vor Ort oder remote.

Trainer mit Technikflair– Du erklärst komplexe Technologien klar und praxisnah – bei Anwenderschulungen, Einweisungen und Live-Demos.

Kundenheld– Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden – kompetent, verbindlich, auf Augenhöhe.

Teamplayer international– Du arbeitest eng mit Kollegen aus Service, Vertrieb und Produktentwicklung in Europa und Japan zusammen.

Organisationsprofi– Du dokumentierst deine Einsätze, verwaltest dein Ersatzteillager und behältst Termine und Kundenwünsche im Blick.

On the Road mit Purpose– Du bist viel im Außendienst unterwegs – mit Homeoffice als Basis und modernem Equipment im Gepäck.

Was Du mitbringen solltest – fachlich & persönlich:

• Technisches odernaturwissenschaftlichesStudium (z. B. Life Science, Medizintechnik)
• Erfahrung mit Imaging, Lasertechnik oder konfokaler Mikroskopie
• Sehr guteTroubleshooting-Skillsund systematische Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch & Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
• Freude am Reisen und an direktem Kundenkontakt
• Selbstständiger, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
