Key Responsibilities:
• Design and developelectrical control panelsfor machinery and systems.
• Create and implementPLCandHMI programs.
• Develop systems that meet currentsafety standards.
• Commission and troubleshootVFDs,servo motor applications, andindustrial networkingsystems.
• Manage individual projects, includingbudget control, customer communication, scheduling, installation, and startup.
• Program and integrateindustrial robots(e.g., FANUC) — desirable but not mandatory.
• Diagnose and resolve issues withPLC controllers,industrial networks(Ethernet/IP, Profinet),motor control systems,servo drives, andelectrical distribution systems.
• Occasional travel required (approx. 25%).
Qualifications:
• Technical Degreein industrial control automation or a related field.
• Proven experience inPLC programming, with a preference forRockwell AutomationandGE/Emerson products.
• Expertise inelectrical theory,robotics,controls components, andautomated equipment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and designingHMIandcontrol network components.
• Hands-on experience withmotor controls(e.g., motor starters, VFDs, DC drives).
• Strong background in troubleshootingindustrial electrical systems, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems.
• Ability to interpret, modify, and createmechanical and electrical drawings.
