Digital Solution Engineering Manager

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be working as Cyber security Specialist and will be part of Process Automation business area for Energy Industries – Digital Division. The division integrates automation, electrification, instrumentation, and telecom to enable customers’ business transformation in a converging IT/OT environment. The prioritize is to help costumer to embrace digitalization securely with solutions that make data access, visualization, and understanding easier than before. The Candidate will be part of a Cyber Security team in the local division, supporting the implementation of Cyber Security measures on OT-Systems and maintaining Cyber Security systems on small and large Distributed Control Systems installed on different production environment from Power Production, Chemical and Pharmaceutical and Oil&Gas plants. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Applying some of the basic Cyber Security control and protection for OT Systems: – Centralized Patch Management – Centralized Antivirus, Allow listing and Device control – Centralized Backup System – System Hardening – User Access Management • Installation and configuration of centralized WSUS and Antivirus with automatic download from upstream servers. • Installation of Cyber Security tools and software • Upgrading and backing of various IT distributed environments • Active Directory Management (GPO Management), RADIUS authentication, Domain Controller configurations like trust\integration\authentication • User access management • Networking management and configuration You will join a talented and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• You have a good knowledge of the most common software tools for engineering development. Ease of learning and familiarization with modern technologies and technical solutions
• Availability to short / medium period business travels to perform on site commissioning activities.
• You have 2 years’ experience in the OT / software industry with focus on cyber security
• Knowledge on installation and configuration Microsoft platform from W2008/W2016/W2019/W2022 Servers and W7/W8/W10/W11 Clients and Linux Red-Hat is a plus.
• You are passionate about analyzing data and situations, synthetizing causes and solutions and capitalizing experience. You are proactive at solving problems and result oriented.
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and fluent in English.
