Currently we are looking for a passionate and motivated working student to join our Digital Communications team in Aachen at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, previously Abiomed.

In this role, you will actively support our digital marketing initiatives, helping to deliver impactful communication to our target audience. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the MedTech industry, while developing key digital communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website using a Content Management System (CMS)
• Social Media Support: Assist in managing social media platforms by monitoring social media trends and suggesting creative ideas to enhance our social media presence.
• E-Mail Marketing Support: Help organize and manage email marketing campaigns, create templates, maintain subscriber lists, and monitor performance.
• Document Management: Create and update digital assets (presentations, brochures, product documents) while aligning with brand guidelines.
• Document Control: Support the marketing approval process by organizing materials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining approval records.
• Designing Digital Assets: Use design tools like Canva to create engaging digital assets, such as social media graphics, banners, and other visual content.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and German.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Email Marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
• Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).
• Knowledge of MedTech or healthcare industries is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
