• Tomaintain24/7coverfor the System Support Contracts in the regionof responsibility.

• Executionof ServiceProjects and Annual Maintenance Contracts.

• Tooffertechnical supporton Systems,PCI, andITsolutionsto customersbothexternal and internal.

• To assist withSystem andPCI fault finding,tests, andminor repairs.

• To be availableforserviceprojects likeupgrades,migrations, and implementationofEXA packages.

• Toschedule and executeSystem andPCIservicenotes, information, andmemos.

• To be familiarized with allavailable Service Sales items and Servicetools.

• To assist withSystem trainingwhen requested, and toensure fullconversancy withthe latestversionsof theDistributedControl Systems.

•Monthly reportingto theSeniorManager:
TSD.

• To assist the SalesTeamwith theproductionoftechnically andcommercially acceptable proposals, tenderdocuments, and bid submissions by checkingand agreeingon keyelements affectingengineering execution.

• Train Engineeringcolleaguesto anacceptable standardwithin personal areasof expertise when required.

• Carryout, anytasks as deemed necessarybythe SeniorManager:
TSD and respond positivelyto anyother reasonablerequestabout the job.

•Liaise with clients andother third partiesto gatherthe required information.

• Build relationships and rapport withkey client contacts.

• Ensurecompliance inservice administration procedures and instructions, as specified inthequalitymanagement system(QMS).

• Contributetothewell-beingofthecompany bymaintaining positiveworkingrelations withcolleagues andmembersof support structures.
