Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to provide technical expertise and design support for multidisciplinary engineering projects within the oil and gas sector. The role involves delivering high-quality instrumentation design, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, and supporting project execution from concept through to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instrumentation engineering and design services for assigned projects, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are met.
• Conduct site surveys and technical studies for new and existing facilities.
• Review and approve designs, technical documents, and method statements.
• Support standardisation and compliance with internal engineering practices and international codes.
• Coordinate with multidiscipline engineering teams to achieve integrated project outcomes.
• Evaluate technical bid packages and ensure design deliverables align with project requirements.
• Contribute to project scheduling and progress tracking.
• Mentor junior and graduate engineers to build technical competency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation & Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer status preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 6 years in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation standards, codes, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills in English.
