We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical design and engineering services on large-scale oil and gas projects. This role will cover the full lifecycle of project delivery, from concept through to commissioning, ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical design and engineering services for electrical systems across assigned projects.
• Conduct engineering activities and site surveys from concept phase through to studies, FEED, detailed design, and commissioning.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant engineering standards, codes, safety, and environmental policies.
• Review technical deviations and variations to approved guidelines and standards.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and contracted organisations to ensure scope compliance and resolve technical issues.
• Plan and lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of engineering services.
• Review, approve, and monitor method statements, schedules, and deliverables from contractors.
• Support bid evaluations, scope reviews, and contract variation assessments.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering standards, guidelines, and internal procedures.
• Provide mentoring and support to junior engineers, including structured technical training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Chartered or Professional Engineer status preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience, including at least 6 years in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality across multiple engineering projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities within multidisciplinary project environments.
