Responsibilities:
· Perform root cause analysis to determine test equipment issue.
· Understand, change & develop source code to keep the equipment updated according with engineering documentation.
· Seek for new technologies to increase operation efficiency on test equipment.
· Collaborate on keep under control down times, according with the business goals.
· Provide training on the use of new and/or existing test equipment.
· Document technical issues and solutions.
· Document equipment for future support needs.
· Participate and enforce adherence to Honeywell’s safety rules guided by HSE department. Reinforce the members of the team as well to participate on the HSE rules.
· Participate and follow the procedures and standards related to ISO9001:2015.
· Know and comply with Honeywell cardinal rules.
· Participate, whenever is needed, on the preventive maintenance system.
· Participate, if is required, in the daily monitoring meetings that take place at the different levels in the production area as part of the Honeywell Operation System, responding in a timely and effective manner to the resolution of problems that are under their responsibility or function
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s Degree in electronics or similar (Mechatronics, Electrical or electromechanical).
· +5 years (overall)of experience on Manufacturing environment.
· Basic level in systems development and support with Labview programming language.
· Debug & maintenance support for Test equipment intended for functional test.
· Knowledge on acquisition systems (i.e. Keysight, National Instruments, Keithley)
· Knowledge on use of lab equipment (i.e. DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies)
· Good electronic skills level.
· Ability to interpret electrical/electronic schematics.
· Self-directed.
· Basic English spoken and written.
Availability to work on 2nd shift 3:30 to 11:50
We value
· Experience on text-based programming languages (.net or similar).
· Basic experience in CAD(Solid works, AutoCAD or similar). Ability to interpret drawings and visualize the appearance of an assembled product.
· Experience on Functional test of electronic products, mainly for test PCBAs.
· Good communication skills with ability to work effectively with other individuals in a team or project.
· Experience on documenting and updating Test process.
· Basic statistical knowledge.
· Effectively use data to take intelligent decisions.
