Skills andCompetency: Good command of spoken and written English communication. Speak Hindi. Willing to travel extensively

Goodworking knowledge of any DCS/PLC ( Yokogawa is preferred) and /or Digital Solutions

Should Have handled Chemical, Fertilizer, Power and O&G Customers, EPC Contractors , if any

Should have sold DCS / PLC/SACDA/ Digital Solutions to customer(s) in this sector. And/ or other deliverables in this sector

Should be aware of Major account handling concept and should have handled one Customer at least as Major account especially Petrobangla/ GTCL

JobRole: As Sales Manager, should be able to interact with customer, strengthen & enhance relationship(s), give presentation, identify requirements

of customer in advance , work on prospects , know about competition, provide solution to customer, commercial finalization of contracts and close orders.

Own Target(s) set for sector.

Liaison with proposal team to submit proposal in time- internally,

Willing to travel extensively

Should be a good team player

Key ResponsibilityAreas: Target driven responsibility for the sector

Will be part of team involved in System Sales for DCS & PLC & SCADA/ Digital Solutions.
