The System Architect plays an important role in driving product innovation and ensuring the long-term success of our product portfolio, consisting of radar-based systems and instruments for measuring level, temperature and pressure, as well as devices and hardware for communication and presentation.

This position is responsible for developing and maintaining the technical roadmap for a specific product program, collaborating with engineering teams to improve architectural aspects, and identifying opportunities for product improvement. The System Architect will provide technical leadership to product management and support the development of new products and features.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To understand and analyze customer needs as well as industry standards and our business goals.
• To collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, other architects and stakeholders.
• To develop and maintain long-term system architecture, strategies and technical plans to enable an efficient realization of product roadmaps.
• To participate in platform development and reuse programs.
• To have a high-level technical ownership for product development projects, including:Developing architecture (components, building blocks, communication interfaces, cyber security, safety integrity, 3rd party integrations, etc).Defining high-level requirements.Leading and coordinating the different engineering functions.Performing feasibility studies and risk and impact analysis.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in senior engineering or product management roles.
• A solid technical background and desire to keep up to date with industry trends.
• Demonstrated strong drive, initiative, leadership and an action-oriented approach.
• Customer-focused approach, always seeking new challenges and embracing a ‘can-do’ mindset.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Strategic and analytical thinking to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Willing to travel up to 10 days/year.
