Sr Account Manager, Trend & Phoenix Controls – UAE & Lower Gulf
Drive AOP
· Direct responsibility to drive sales of Trend Controls and Phoenix controls Solutions in UAE, Oman, Bahrain and Pakistan.
· Responsible for AOP planning and achievement of the annual revenue.
· Developing Channel partners as well working across SBUs within Honeywell to grow the business
· Conduct Monthly MOS with partners in assigned territory and ensure NEX opportunities are in line with AOP
Demand Generation
· Drive specification works with leading MEP consultants, clients and vendor list inclusion. Increase share of wallet for BMS business at selected strategic operator accounts.
· Drive demand generation activities for Trend Controls & Phoenix Controls
· Develop relationships with clients, consultants, developers, hotel operators, hospital operators, regulatory bodies, contractors and system integrators.
· Influence the design in favor of Trend Controls & Phoenix Controls brands
Growth Initiative
· Support sales team while closing the projects with contractors.
· Map and manage the multi facility key accounts of consultants, clients and developers.
· Liaise with the technical team from time to time to ensure smooth project / account management
· Lead the Project Bidding Team including monitoring system integrator ensuring that timely, compelling offers are provided for project Opportunities
Qualification & Experience:
· Bachelor of Electrical/Electronics/Controls Engineering
· 10+ years’ experience with BMS, Lighting controls, HVAC controls knowledge,
· Good acquaintance with managing system integrator accounts and buying behaviors is preferable.
· Middle-East work experience is preferable.
· Excellent English & Arabic language and communication skills
