In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will be:

• Ensure all work and activity is carried out with Safety as a priority, be driven in identifying and proactively reporting potential safety issues within Emerson and within our customer organization.
• Ensures timely and professional execution of planned service activities
• Collaborate across ANZ, Asia Pacific and Global organization to develop solutions and support Emerson Flow Solutions customers
• Respond to technical and commercial enquiries from customers and provide product demonstration, quotations and proposals.
• Conduct and assist with training, sales calls, site walks, audits and roadshows.
• Conduct analysis and research to gain a full understanding of the customer base and keep abreast of any changes to the market, competitors, technology and the industry in general
• Possess and continually develop technical expertise with specific emphasis on Technologies and Applications
• Help develop technical notes, service, sales, and applications tools as required to aid the business.
• Win customer’s confidence through excellent service.
• Aid the technical development of the Emerson Solutions Sales and Marketing team
• Updating technical know how about product lines through own initiatives and company sponsored training
• Timely and accurate reporting on a regular basis

Who You Are:

You have the ability to provide solutions to customer problems, with the ability to work under pressure. You have strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize to deal with competing demands. You have a flexible proactive attitude and very team oriented, yet able to work with minimal direction.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Tertiary engineering or technical qualification within instrumentation, process or automation fields.
• Proven experience in developing demand, crafting trusted advisor relationships and delivering value messaging of highly technical products, services and solutions. Experienced in technical maintenance with process automation instrumentation

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Fault finding, diagnostic skills for Rosemount instrumentation technologies
• Has acquired and has a current Restricted Electrical Work License
