Principle technical contact for customers within an assigned area. Possesses both technical product knowledge and the ability to communicate with customers to gain a clear understanding of their needs. Relays information to our internal organization and follows up, in order to obtain the results that will satisfy the customer.
Relies on experience and assistance from management and engineering. Reports to the service manager. Travels to customer sites to performs various duties such as:
Existing Customers:
• Preventative maintenance visits
• Trouble shooting visits
• Operator training
• Feed-back to company
• PartnerChip inventory control and reporting
New installation support:
• Operator training
• Initial installation
• Evaluation of product performance
• Adjustments
• Feed-back to company
In addition:
• Give the organization recommendations on how to improve.
• Actively pursue the spare parts business
