YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues for customers Provide on-site customer training and provide installation and consulting services as needed Responsible for active knowledge of ABB products in the field To provide implementation, installation, commissioning, repairs and service interventions (including hotline trips) Provide service and service support Ensure communication with customers and suppliers Participate in the implementation and testing of new technologies Cooperate in the creation of a plan for the development of service activities at existing customers Responsible for strict compliance with all health, safety and fire regulations in the performance of their work

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Secondary education in electrical engineering with school-leaving examination
• Experience min. 3 years, electrical engineering, service, maintenance of electrical equipment
• Valid Decree § 22 – Independent Electrical Engineer
• English at intermediate level (understanding of I text, reading technical diagrams, basic communication with customers, suppliers and production plants and their technicians in English)
• Experience in servicing electrical equipment and with ABB robots (or other brands) is a great advantage
• Independence, technical prowess, consistency, responsibility, ability to work under pressure, technical prowess, manual dexterity
• Willingness to hold a “hotline” – stand-by duty
• Willingness to work overtime and trips outside working hours
• Driving license group B, active driver service interventions throughout the Slovak Republic

The stated amount of salary represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job position. The actual amount of the basic salary component will be adjusted in accordance with your professional knowledge, skills, experience and other personal characteristics.
