YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Each day, you will plan and execute work on a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility. You will be mainly accountable for: • Provide technical support and resolve customer technical issues • Provide on-site customer training and provide installation and consulting services as needed • Be responsible for active knowledge of ABB products in the field • Provide implementation, installation, contract recovery, repairs and service interventions • Provide service and service support • Ensure communication with customers and suppliers in Slovak and English • Provide supporting documents for invoicing • Participate in the implementation and testing of new technologies • Collaborate in the creation of the development plan • To be responsible for compliance with applicable legal and technical regulations and internal regulations related to work activities • Be responsible for strict compliance with all health, safety and fire regulations

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Previous experience in servicing LV electrical equipment min. 2 years
• § 22- Independent electrician
• English language at a communicative level
• Independence, reliability
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team
• Willingness to learn new things in the field of ABB product portfolio
• Flexibility and willingness to travel
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call when required

The above salary represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job.
