YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a new colleague for the position of “Service Sales Engineer” to join the Global Robot Repair Center unit in Mošnov. This person will expand our existing team and help us take our services and products to the next level. Your responsibilities will primarily include actively offering repairs and technical solutions to our existing customers, as well as seeking new opportunities. You will have a stable portfolio of our customers at your disposal, for whom you will prepare offers and presentations in English. This role will also involve traveling, mainly within Europe, with local ABB colleagues. This position provides a great degree of flexibility and independence in the attractive field of robotics. If you prefer taking care of existing customers over actively seeking and selling, this position is perfect for you. Job Description: Develop and maintain relationship and trust within ABB organization worldwide Frequent customer visits together with local ABB sales people Frequent ABB LBU visits to and online meetings to discuss / promote GRRC Portfolio, solutions and active cases Cooperation with ABB worldwide to secure buyback of ABB robotic systems Promotion of products (internally and externally), including marketing support Preparation of offers, calculations, technical quotations and contracts Ensure our products are delivered in perfect quality according to customer requests, communication with production and quality department Adaptive pricing creation based on current demand and situation Buyback offer creation, specification of terms and conditions Sales process optimization and business channels development Monitoring of situation on the market, active looking for new opportunities Reporting of activities and results Challenges: Based in Global Workshop Repair & Remanufacture center, the role will be responsible for selling of ABB repair and remanufacture portfolio, promotion of our products and maintaining / developing existing sales channels across the globe.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

• Requirements:
• Secondary school (technical orientation preferred)
• Advanced technological knowledge and skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Proactive behavior and reliability
• Time flexibility
• Willingness to travel within European region
• Excellent level of English (minimum B2)
• Excellence of sales in technical solutions
• Good level of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to learn new things
• Customer oriented team player
